In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, OPTIM EXPERT AUDIT SRL will process personal data throughout the duration of its activities, until the moment the data subject or their legal representative exercises the right to object / erasure (except where OPTIM EXPERT AUDIT SRL processes the data on the basis of a legal obligation or justifies a legitimate interest).
